A. Yes. Over 90% of the homes that we sell are either a custom floor plan or a modification of one of our standard floor plans.
Q. What does Log Kit mean?
A. A Log Kit will vary from one manufacturer to another. Some companies sell logs only and some sell a complete shell. Some companies include interior doors, partitions, stairs, etc. You should take a close look at any estimate that is provided to you to see exactly what a company is offering in their package. A. Any type of foundation a conventional home can be built on such as a slab, full basement, crawl space, pilings or piers.

A. Some companies use green logs and are not built to allow for the settling process. You should choose a company that dries their logs and mill the logs so that they settle properly. Our packages kiln-dried to an average moisture content between 15-18%.
